近年来主要从事微纳半导体功能材料、器件制备及应用的研究,包括气湿敏传感器、光电传感器的设计制备工作,现正开发完善基于丙酮气体传感器的便携式糖尿病DKA检测仪器工作,研究肺癌诊断的新型呼吸检测方法等,并主持省部级相关项目3项,其中在研1项,作为主要研究人员参与完成国家级项目3项,省部级项目6项。发表SCI、EI论文10余篇,其中第1或通讯作者4篇。
